If you'd like to increase your fitness level, mindfulness and/or nutritional 
knowledge- I am here for you!

 I believe there is no ONE template for an individual's wellness goals. My speciality is choosing the right path for you. Together, we define "attainable goals" and what that
specifically means for you.

Each session is unique to your own abilities, needs and desired outcome. For optimal convenience I conduct my sessions online. All you need is a device of your choice and a Wi-Fi connection!

Everyone is welcome. I am proud to create outstanding, safe and effective movement programs from beginner level to advanced, no matter the age!

“I have known Andrea Jones since 2005 or 2006. I have worked  with her for most of that time. I was referred to her from my brother, Jeffery Cohen who was a chiropractor and had a major injury falling off a horse.
Andrea was the only person who was able to give him exercises that relieved his pain.
For myself, I have generalized arthritis. Andrea taught me exercises early in our relationship that I still use today. She taught me basic and invaluable skills of how to move safely and how to build up strength. Andrea knows my strengths and weaknesses. She advises exercises specific to me and my needs which are changing as I age. When I have an injury, Andrea has taught me how to keep as much strength as possible, and even exercise my injury safely.
Andrea is knowledgeable about Pilates, Yoga and the human body. She is skilled, tactful and fun.
Also, Andrea is nonjudgmental. Although she is clearly quite fit, she does not admonish me when I am not up to par with my exercise routine.”

When COVID hit and we had to move to online classes, the transition was seamless. Andrea has quite a knack of seeing what we are doing and tweaking our positions/movements whenever necessary both in person and via computer. She amazes us quite honestly with what she can see during our virtual sessions, and she is watching two of us simultaneously. It’s as if she is standing right there with us! Andrea carefully plans each session keeping in mind our current skill levels while making accommodations when necessary. Andrea’s classes are rigorous and challenging yet not intimidating, and we have seen significant improvement in our strength, flexibility, balance and overall fitness. “I began to do Pilates with Andrea two weeks before the
pandemic hit at a private club in Pittsburgh, PA. The club was temporarily closed due to the pandemic so we decided to work at home. Andrea instructed me to purchase the very simple equipment that would approximate the apparatus we used at the club. Using my iPad, I took Pilates at home. Andrea is very upbeat and did everything on her end that she asked me to do. She watches me very carefully, giving praise or correction as we went along.
